Q. How safe is it to order from DZ Clothing?
A. DZ Clothing is a secure website for order processing. We use Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). SSL has 128-bit encryption technology certified by Thawte Security Systems for the exchange of personal and payment information. You can be sure of this by checking for the little padlock symbol in the corner of your Internet browser. When you see the padlock symbol you can safely enter your entire credit card number when prompted by our online purchasing system, and it cannot be read in transit.
Buying a product on-line is considered safer than buying one in the real world. When you use your credit card at any store, there is nothing to stop them from writing down your card number and purchasing products without your knowledge. However, when you type in your card number here, we don’t get to see it. The ordering process is completely automatic, only a series of computers handle your credit card information.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship internationally. To keep things simple, we do not charge for shipping.
Q. What are the shipping methods?
A. All items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, except at weekends.
Delivery is by UK Royal Mail for Domestic and International shipments.
Q. What is your returns and refunds policy?
A. In the unlikely event that your item is defective we will replace it immediately upon its return.
If you have ordered the wrong size, you can also exchange it, although you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
In the event of a return or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
